When will we ship the item?

We commit to shipping your ordered item within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Additionally, we will promptly upload the tracking number to your account/email. However, please note that the actual time of delivery relies on the local delivery speed, which is beyond our full control.

When will you receive the item?

Under normal circumstances, you can expect to receive your items within 1-8 business days from the shipping date. It's worth mentioning that in some instances, especially for far and remote areas, the delivery time may extend for 1 or 2 business days based on our past experiences.

 

Standard delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days in NSW 

Other state in Australia usually takes 2-5 business days 

Same Day Shipping

Orders placed before 10:00 AEST on business days will be shipped on the same day.

No shipping on weekends.

Local delivery 

Free local delivery is available for orders over $501.00 within Sydney region.

PICKUP 

local pickup is available by appointments only.
